I booked suite with the bedroom and balcony, for instance. A shower, hair dryers, and a bidet were very handy.
The bed in my room was a little hard.

Loved the place, had a such great stay in the medieval town of Bard. the location was stunning - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. - Also, main attraction such as Forte di Bard was 1 mile from this hotel. - Our room in the bedroom of our suite was modern. I absolutely loved staying at Hotel Cavour Et Des Officiers in Bard. the location is simply stunning and convenient, allowing us to easily explore the medieval town. Not to mention, it was great to have Forte di Bard, a major attraction, just a mile away from the hotel. Our room, located in the bedroom of our suite, had a modern and comfortable vibe.

The hotel offers fantastic value for money, with spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. The unique location, perched atop a rock, provides breathtaking views of the Aosta Valley. The staff, particularly Deborah, were incredibly welcoming and always available to assist. The breakfast, although sugar-heavy, can easily be improved with the addition of local bread options. The inclusion of a suite with a balcony is a wonderful touch, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings from the comfort of their room.
The hotel could benefit from improving their breakfast options.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and I was impressed with the featured amenities they provided. The business center and conference space were well-equipped, allowing me to work efficiently. The multilingual staff were also helpful and the luggage storage service was convenient.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated printing facility. It would have been beneficial to have a printer available in the business center to print important documents without any hassle.

We had an amazing stay in a unique location inside a historical fort. The hotel offered great facilities and was spotlessly clean. Parking was convenient and free for guests. The hotel's transportation system, including funiculars and elevators, made getting around the fort easy. Being located inside the fort provided excellent views and added to the atmosphere of our stay.
No negatives from this place.

Stayed at a hotel on top of a fortress, felt like a medieval princess. Amazing views, spacious rooms, and breakfast at the fortress cafe was a treat. Highly recommend!
Oh, just minor things like having to take 5 elevators to get there and no food options for hours. But hey, who needs convenience?

What an unbelievable hotel experience! the location was stunning, situated inside a historic fort, and offered breathtaking views. the rooms were spacious, with high ceilings, and the furniture was well, designed. the staff were beyond superb, friendly and quick to help. the best part was having access to the fort after it closed , it felt exclusive. We had a lot of fun visiting the museum exhibitions for free. the breakfast was delicious, and it felt like a great value for the price.
The AC in the bedroom of our suite wasn't working on a warm night. We had to rely on the mosquito netting and opened all the windows, which helped.
